General Metal Fabrication
Since 1990 we have been manufacturing a wide range of high quality metal products and parts, we have built up a reputation for quality, durable and reliable workmanship. To maintain these standards we work to the full approval of BS EN ISO 9001. We have the capacity to weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium plus all our welders are BS EN 287-1 and ISO 15614-1 qualified.
We have the capability to work with both large and small scale fabrications and can produce one off prototypes or full scale production batches.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We are specialist sheet metal fabricators, we utilise precision laser cutting and CNC sheet metal bending to ensure accuracy and repeatability, these components are produced directly from CAD drawings and 3D component models.
We have the capacity to deal with sheet metal thickness ranging from 0.5mm up to 40mm as well as a range of finishes including brushed, polished, powder coated, painted, metal sprayed, galvanised and anodised surfaces.
Custom Fabrication
With our in house design engineers we have the ability to custom design what you want, so if you are not able to produce the manufacturing drawings for us, we will do it for you. Our design team will be able to work with you to produce exactly what you are after, they use the latest 3D CAD software to quickly and accurately produce manufacturing drawings ready for fabrication.
However if you already have your design and your drawings completed, we can hand them straight to our fabricators and start on production.

Crown International is a Bristol based metal fabricators located in Portishead which is on the outskirts of Bristol. Portishead is located just off of junction 19 of the M5 so we have excellent traffic links to not only Bristol but the surrounding areas.
